For both massage and yoga I recommend you wear something comfortable.
For yoga you should wear clothes that allow you to move freely, and also suggest practicing barefoot for better grip and movement.

I offer a variety of yoga styles, including: Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Chair, Nidra, and Gentle Flow. Each session can be tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for relaxation, flexibility, or strength building.

Not at all! My classes and one-to-one sessions are designed to be welcoming for all levels—including complete beginners. In fact, starting with a private session can be a lovely way to learn the basics at your own pace, without the pressure of a group setting. Whether in a 1:1 session or a group, I always offer modifications and adjustments to make sure you feel supported and comfortable throughout.

Yes, I offer gift vouchers for yoga sessions, massages, or packages. It’s a perfect gift for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate!

All massage and private yoga or meditation sessions are held in my treatment space in Folkestone with specific details confirmed upon booking.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

I have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
