Group Yoga Classes
I offer gentle, accessible group yoga classes in Folkestone and Hythe, designed to support relaxation, mobility, and connection to your breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be warmly welcomed just as you are.
Classes are guided with care, with options for different bodies and energy levels. Beginners are always welcome — no experience required.

Weekly Yoga Classes

Slow Flow Yoga at Hythe Sports Pavilion
A breath-focused practice moving at a steady, meditative pace. This class blends fluid movement with spacious pauses, building strength, balance, and flexibility while encouraging calm and mindful connection. Suitable for all levels.
When: Fridays, 12:30–1:30 pm
Cost: £10 drop-in
Pre-booking not required, just drop in and pay on the day!

Rest & Restore Yoga at VWell Studios
A gentle, nourishing blend of movement, breathwork, meditation, and long pauses, offering a supportive environment for the body and mind to soften and settle.
When: Fridays, 2-3pm

Gentle Flow Yoga at VWell Studios
A soft, nourishing flow with mindful movement and gentle transitions, inviting steadiness, breath, and presence. Suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners.
When: Saturdays, 10:30-11:30am

Yin Yoga at VWell Studios
A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga targeting the deep connective tissues of the body, (ligaments & fascia) by holding poses for extended periods. Promotes flexibility, relaxation & a sense of inner stillness - a perfect complement to more active yoga practices.
When: Saturdays, 11:45-12:45pm
