Group Yoga Classes

I offer gentle, accessible group yoga classes in Folkestone and Hythe, designed to support relaxation, mobility, and connection to breath. Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, you'll be warmly welcomed just as you are.

Each class is guided with care, with options to suit different bodies and energy levels. Beginners are absolutely welcome — no experience required.

Weekly Yoga Classes

  • Hythe Sports Pavilion, Hythe

    Slow Flow Yoga at Hythe Sports Pavilion

    This breath-focused practice moves at a steady, meditative pace. The class blends fluid movement with pauses that allow time to explore each posture with intention and ease. Expect a grounding sequence that builds strength, balance, and flexibility while encouraging a sense of calm and renewal. Suitable for all levels, Slow Flow Yoga is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and move with mindfulness.

    When: Fridays, 12:30–1:30 pm

    Cost: £10 drop-in

    Pre-booking not required, just drop in and pay on the day!

  • VWell Studios, Hythe

    Rest & Restore Yoga at VWell Studios

    Take time to reset and reconnect with yourself in this deeply nourishing class to relieve stress and promote relaxation. Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and extended pauses to explore each posture, you’ll calm the nervous system, ease tension, and restore a sense of balance in both body and mind. With a focus on creating a nurturing and supportive space, this class invites you to fully let go and embrace a sense of renewal.

Special Events and Collaborations

  • Holiday Special: REST, RECEIVE, RESTORE.

     An evening to slow down, soften, and receive before the festive season begins

    This gentle journey combines yin yoga, hands-on massage, and sound healing to release tension from your body and bring your nervous system into deep rest.

    You’ll be supported by grounding touch, soft movement, and the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing sounds.

    When: Friday, 5th December 7:30–9:30 pm

    Cost: £35 Early Bird | £40 after 09Nov

    What to bring: a yoga mat and any props to make you more comfortable (think cosy blankets or pillows)
