Every body is different, and every day is different. That’s why I approach each massage session as a collaborative experience, tailored to you.
Before we begin, we take a moment to check in. How have you been feeling? Where are you carrying tension? What does your body need today? This conversation helps me understand how I can best support you and allows you to guide the session in a way that feels right.
I also draw on my knowledge and experience to offer suggestions. Perhaps you’ve been experiencing migraines, and a gentle scalp massage could help relieve some of the tension. Maybe your upper back has been feeling tight, and a more targeted approach will provide the relief you need, rather than a full-body relaxation massage.
Through this process, we create a massage treatment plan together—one that’s flexible, responsive, and centered on your body’s unique needs. Each visit builds on the last, allowing us to support your body in the ways it truly needs, while making the most of your session.
